Add complete Russian (ru) translation of all documentation: - README-ru.md — full README translation - docs/ru/s01-s12 — all 12 session documents - Update README.md language header and docs section to include Russian Translation preserves all code blocks, ASCII diagrams, URLs, and technical terms in English.
